THOMPSONTOWN — The coroner was called to a crash at around 9:15 a.m. Friday that shut down an area of U.S. 322 for many hours Emergency crews were called to the area of the Locust Run overpass in response to a reported vehicle crash with multiple injuries and entrapment. Upon arrival, Thompsontown Fire Co. Capt. Greg Walton said firefighters retrieved one individual from a vehicle. US 322 East was closed until about 1:30 p.m. for scene reconstruction.
